I just put together my buddies Decoy MX yesterday and here's the pros and cons of the assembly:

Pros:
- It was boxed great, lots of care went into the design of the box and the way it was presented
- It's relatively put together, just needs about 20 minutes of assembly
- The brakes were spot on centered

Cons:
- The assembly manual leaves out key pitfalls and small details that had to be figured out
- There's no mention in the manual about the retaining collar on the rear Der. It was not engaged when I first installed the Der.
- There's no mention of powering on the battery by removing it from the downtube in the manual
- There's no mention of plugging in the electronic wire (for the non display model)

In the end, it took about 2 full hours to unbox, unpackage, assemble, figure out the missing links from the manual. Also, this video is helpful, but leaves out key items like the brake pad spacers
