It is important to know that "chop chop" is pretty much going to be rude unless you know that person very well, and "break a leg" is VERY SPECIFIC to someone performing in a play or musical!

I think it's important to specify that the "advanced" english is slang, it is colloquial and can be found mainly in the United Kingdom. it is okay to use either and even I personally use the "normal" column of english more than any of the slang on the right.
