I love this house so much...the interiors awesome😍😍😍😍😍 and the staircase was hidden with concrete....so in love❤❤❤❤❤💚💚💚💚💚 I'll just remove all the picture frames( I'm a minimalist ) just all the houses and interiors that I saw in your vlogs....this one stand to the.owners and even the terrace and it😍😘🤩🤗💚❤💙🇵🇭 definitely this will be my dream house when I bought a new.land.in Tagaytay City, Phils.😂🤣😅😀😍

Not my taste at all but I'm sure some will love it. I despise the outside look of the place. Big ugly box. Judging from the neighborhood, it sticks out badly. I'd hate to assume someone took one of the old homes and just tore it down or refaced it. Maybe the original structure burned down or was completely beyond repair?

Dear Birdhouse: it would be great if you could learn to linger over some of the details in the houses that you videotape. Such as close-ups of the faucets, the stoves, bathroom details, closets, , and other little things that might interest your potential buyers. All of the quick cuts and rapid closeups do nothing for me personally...more of an annoyance, truth be told. The videos should LINGER LONGER over these homes...not by much, maybe another minute or two added on. It would give people time to look more in depth at these homes, especially since (in this era of covid and all) visiting these homes in person is probably more difficult, so being able to see more of the house beforehand would be a very good thing, IMO.
