Ingredients:
- Meringue
- Sage Infused Chartreuse
- Lime Juice
- Mezcal
- Ginger Beer
- Fresh Sage

1. Add .75 ounces of Meringue to a shaker
2. Add 1.5 ounces of Sage Infused Chartreuse
3. Add 1.5 ounces of Lime Juice
4. Add 1.5 ounces of Mezcal
5. Shake vigourously
6. Add ice and shake vigourously again
7. Strain and pour into a chilled glass
8. Garnish with a sage leaf
