My CRF110 Pit Bike Gets A Massive Upgrade (Big Bore Kit)

Time to add some more power to the Honda CRF110 Pit Bike! I completely disassembled my stock 110cc engine and its time to upgrade to a massive 147cc Big Bore Kit! My brother's TTR110 also gets a 130cc big bore kit and upgraded 24mm carburetor as well. Stay tuned to see these fully modified pit bikes rips!

The bolt you took out where the spring flew out is the cam chain tensioner, since you took that bolt you’ll have to prime the tensioner once it’s back together otherwise you are going to get noise from the timing chain

Definitely want to see the case boring. Hopefully you can keep any shavings out if you decide not to split the cases. I blew up my built bike and had metal all in the bottom end and cleaned it out without splitting the cases. You can check it out in my big bore series.
