Moped - Motorcycle Theft London

Saw these assholes on my way home tonight pushing a stolen moped along with their feet. The one doing the pushing had a very dirty number plate, couldn't be read and the other following them had broken pieces missing from his plate.

I hope you die while running one of those red lights!

It is bad, and frustrating that you can not do what others are suggesting, as you say you will end up being the one in trouble. Plus you don't want to damage your car. I would suggest something but don't want to risk the slim chance of getting done for inciting violence :)
