Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases. what is the ?

How do I get terminal option up where it says “file” and “edit” and some other stuff? I might have a newer crappier version and it’s tricky to find terminal on the newer version.

I only could get a tab at the bottom named terminal after I forced it to search it and change its name from developer powershell to terminal.

Hopefully this will work, and I can finally get that stupid library working
