when i click connect it says error: cant communicate to the server

after i did the firewall stuff and did another diagnose, it still had one issue under peer results "inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings". help?

When i start server i see this in console : Failed to automatically port forward 11000 UDP through UPnP. If using Hamachi or manually port-forwarding, please disregard this warning. To disable this feature you can go into the server settings.
