I love this lmao You’re not wrong about anything. I recently reread Twilight and I agree with everything you said. My love for Twilight is pure nostalgia. I read the whole series my freshmen year of high school, right before the first movie came out. I cannot believe that your mom read Twilight aloud to you. That is so iconic. Bless her 😂

I also forgot that Jacob is a child in the book lol Taylor Lautner is definitely my preferred Jacob. He just did it so well and looked hot doing it. I remember hating book Jacob. The only reason I like Jacob now is because of the years of watching the movie and the muscles 😂

Twilight got me into reading, but man I had to unhaul all but the first book because I know I'd never reread the series. I only kept book 1 because it literally started my love of reading.

The Twilight saga will always be good in a sense that it has a special place my bookish heart, but yeah no. It didn’t age well. There was one scene in Eclipse that was really not good.
