Personally, I really enjoy the EDT. Its a great office scent, you could wear it at the gym, or a warm evening out. I find it to be like a higher quality Nautica Voyage, with absolutely no roughness or overly synthetic scent. It smells natural, refined, and very high quality.

For me EDT is easily the best. It’s the most balanced and isn’t designed to be impactful but pleasing and versatile. I’d like to hear more from your husbands point of view also!

This is by far my favorite blue fragrance line. I actually really like Live too because sometimes the EDP can be a little too cloying, especially in the heat, but Live is a happy medium between the EDT and EDP with a nice dry down. I own them all tho just because. Great video!!

I have been trying to decide between the EDP and La Parfum - testing them both. I find the EDP captures the true self of the Y line. Think more fun, eventful, and charismatic. The Parfum ventures out into a deeper, more personal version. Both are solid performers in projection and longevity—the EDP projecting further while the Parfum lasting longer. For me, the EPD opening and middle notes give it a major advantage over Parfum in that it captures the true essence of what Y is and is generally more mass appealing and versatile. The Parfum brings more creaminess and longevity and is an amazing skin scent 8 hours later. Choosing the Parfum over the EDP to me means targeting the unique creamier, denser notes it brings. Choosing EDP means loving Y in its truest self intended to be a versatile, mass appealing scent that is as easy to wear as any other fragrance readily available. The Y line is great and to me, shouldn't be haphazardly lumped together with other "blues".

I just bought 100ml Ysl Y yesterday. The smell is just so addicting, the cream top with apple tone. Its fresh, great projection, 2 sprays is enough

I like the EDT and EDP. I get great projection and longevity with the EDT. The EDP is much sweeter, in a good way but doesn't project on me as much as EDT, and is better in cooler weather, imo. I haven't smelled Parfum yet, but just tried Y Live and think it's a happy medium between EDT & EDP. I think the EDT and Live will get more wearings once the heat is back.

I regret selling my bottle of Y Live. I’d rank it close up there it with the heavy hitters of this line. Even the EDT, which is my least favorite is still a fantastic scent. All that said though, Le Parfum is still my favorite, slightly edging out the EDP.

Y EDP is the ultimate blue fragrance for me - fresh, sweet and classy! Not so mature as Blue de Chanel and not so generic as Sauvage. The golden middle!
