The objective of the report seems doomed by redacting the crux of the report and withholding the names who committed these crimes . Unless stringent action is taken upon the report, what is the real purpose in constituting such a committee .

All those patriarchal lords (and their goon drivers) who have been functioning with absolute impunity will think twice before attempting something perverted again.
