Actor and member of Kerala's Women Collective, Parvathy Thiruvothu speaks to Barkha Dutt as 17 women from the film industry ( and counting) register complaints of sexual harassment, misconduct and abuse with Kerala's special task force. The women have gone public in the backdrop of the Justice Hema Panel who submitted its report on the working conditions for women in the Malayalam Film Industry in 2019. Inexplicably it has taken 4 and half years for the report to be made public.

Agree, resigning en masse was the most cowardly gesture. Super heros like Mohanlal fight only when stunt men step in and the outcome is never in doubt.
