My ebay feedback is 2500, and a top rated seller. I have exactly 1 negative feedback ever..a guy said that the shipping box was dirty..yes..you read that right, the shipping box.

You could do mystery bags. Sell $10/$5 bags and throw in that much worth of $1 day stuff, maybe some $3 day items. Help get rid of the small stuff easily

You work so hard, I really hope your business can succeed.
I have heard from other resellers that are failing say that because the companies that sell pallets used to sell pallets as is, but now take the high priced items off but sell at the same price that they used to charge for the pallets that had high priced items intermingled, leading to resellers not being able to have good merchandise to make any profit. I've seen so many unboxing videos where resellers are getting old calendars, last years graduation party decor, expired food, tons of cellphone covers etc. I think this along with a terrible economy that is making people very choosy in their shopping geared mainly towards food and necessities has made your business very difficult. I really enjoy your videos, your energy and good attitude, I really pray that you can find ways to not only keep your business going but to thrive. I do know that a business can continue even without a technical profit because off tax write off and the owner taking a salary, but without resellers the big box retailers will lose another revenue stream. Is it the middle man, the company that gets the merch from the big box retailer and then makes them into pallets and sells them to resllers that is the problem?

When you launched your merch I bought one of the people are garbage shirts and thrifting tote bags. Love them! I wear the shirt every week and the bag hangs on my door so I can just grab it anytime I'm going shopping. Hello from New Hamphire!

I use to make discount bookmarks. I would slip them inside library books and magazines at local stores when nobody was looking. You would be surprised at the extra business

Due to the cost of living cost crunch, might it be worth pivoting into higher volume low value food retail food stuffs? you have the benefit of plenty of space which is a significant constraint to most sellers, Food will always be the last thing people stop keep grinding appreciate your journey.

In regard to the coupons, if you choose bday can't you set the coupon to be sent on someone bday but to be valid on the next sale ?? Say someones bday is in February, and the next sale is in March, that the bday coupon is for the March sale ?? (I dunno, just thinking if that could work it solves the problem.)

I would do a sale during a home game especially if it’s a early game a go and put flyers on the cars in the parking lot

I think you should probably cut back on the number of these warehouse sales and also look to increase the volume and quality of items offered. Building a sale from just the "Georgia Auction" load seems to be the main problem. You did better when you sprinkled in some of the other higher quality items. Target, Walgreens, HBA. You seem to sell smaller furniture items easily, how about larger loads of furniture ? Big items that can be stored in your loading dock tunnel on display for sale. Couches, Beds, Dressers, Dining Sets. Some people can't afford to buy furniture at full prices in retail stores. You might be able to find some loads of furniture cheap.

Youtube videos of upcoming sales would get people within 50 miles to come just to meet you. A meet up where you say hi and sign something, alot of people know you. Signed pictures on ebay

Checks can be submitted multiple times and get cashed. I handled the bank account for my city until I retired. We used a feature called positive pay to prevent that fraud. It would compare the check #, check amount and name to a file we uploaded to the bank with the authorized data. Once, a stolen check was attempted to be cashed over 15 times, each with a different name and amount..easy for theives to do with digital depositing. All were caught by the positive pay prevention program.

I stopped scanning away from my screen because items I scan don’t always show up on my screen. Not sure what system my job uses.
