I did not see much information on methane dominant SIBO known as IMO now. Methane also slows motility. I've battled this for 8 yrs and Im following current research that raised my awareness how this diagnosis is overlooked. Plus could be a more common issue than identified in Mito. Is there plans to address IMO or SIBO more considering slow motility can be a root cause? Do you use motegrity? Thank you focusing on GI for mito patients it is LONG OVERDUE.
