I always enjoy the hunts. I too struggled to find albums for my Canadian coins. I finally found Lighthouse Vista Canadian Coin albums. They come in all denominations and have the plastic slides like the Dansco and Whtiman Classic albums.

I think you found some nice coins. Interesting finds with the Canadian too.

You should weigh that 1977 quarter as it could be a wrong stock error, thus a valuable coin. It could a quarter struck on dime stock. A quarter struck on dime stock would weigh about 4.16 grams.

You definitely have some nice rolls there. I just started putting together a Canadian small cent collection from 1920 to 1959. Already have a few key and semi=key dates. Not all from rolls, but I've pulled my share from coin roll hunting.

The 1980 canadian is the near beads variety (more common). The far beads would have been more rare. Oh and I can teach you French if you want :P Je peux t'enseigner le français si tu veux..

The 2009 Canadian hockey coin dosen't go in the album unfortunately. The other 2009's are Olympic games coins

Just found your channel, interesting watch. Had a good laugh at you on the customer wrapped quarter rolls that were all pre state quarters or all state quarters and later...I used to do that when I wrapped coins from the coin only soda machine our company used to have. I'd separate and check for silver, bicentennial, etc. then wrap the non-keepers and hang on to some of the loose states for change for the machine then wrap the excess states for exchange.

Circulated bicentennial rolls easily go for $16-20 each on Ebay (as opposed to face value of $10). As single coins they don't carry a premium, but get 40 of them, they do. Buyers will pay the higher end of that range if you can separate the Ps and Ds.

The French for "Women's Hockey" is "Hockey Feminin". The last "n" in "Feminin" is silent. Some additional info., in women's hockey, the two best teams are the US and Canada and there is a pretty strong rivalry between the two countries.

I live in Maine and we have lots of Canadian coins in circulation. I always ask for any Canadian coins at the bank and they give me them at the exchange rate. I have filled many book slots this way.
