Fix Wifi IP address unavailable or Stuck at Obtaining IP address on android

Have you ever flashed a stock kernel and got this error? Here is the fix

after installed in a custom rom in my phone yu yureka my wifi is not connecting to any network i thought may be a bug on the new rom so i intall the old rom but now my phone wifi is not connecting to any netwok tried 5 different roms did hard amd soft reset but nothing works seems like some internal wifi file corrupted in my phone any fix

Connected no internet. Turned it off and back on, changed IP address and various other things as well as unplugging internet. Didn't work. this is also happening on my tablet and nothing fixes it
