BTW flytraps eat cockroaches too. I use to leave my plant on the kitchen counter of my fleabag apartment all night, and by morning every trap had caught something.

First off - OW! MY FRICKIN EARS! Damn flies!...
Second - You mess with the kids, you mess with the parents!
Third - I never knew closing the trap drains their energy. I thought it's limitless and only triggers by touching senses, similar to that of a spider's webstring and it's vibration.
