SCP-076/SCP-073 Sad Origin Story

SCP 076 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as Able
SCP-073 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as Cain.

SCP-076 consists of two components: a stone cube (SCP-076-1) and a humanoid entity contained within (SCP-076-2).
Terminating SCP076 -2 is often problematic due to its significant physical abilities. Subject has superhuman strength and speed, and although not invulnerable, has shown a remarkable ability to ignore pain and shock, pressing on despite what would be debilitating wounds in normal humans.

SCP-073 appears to be a male in his early thirties with black hair and blue eyes. The arms, legs, spinal cord, and shoulder blades of SCP 073 appear to have been replaced with artificial versions of unknown make and metal. SCP073 only takes notice of this when it is pointed out, and states that it has no knowledge of how, why, or when these replacements took place, stating it had had them as long as it could remember.

A neat twist on the "First Murderer" story. I grew up in the Catholic church (mostly, up to the point where I started making my own observations and decisions) so the story of Cain and Able is one that I am very much familiar with. It is fun to see different adaptations like SPC and V:TM.

I don't know if anyone was actually wondering about the biblical story of Cain and Able, but I think its interesting how close the tablet came to telling the biblical story fascinating, so here it goes. So Cain and Able were born to Adam and Eve, the first humans, after Adam and Eve were kicked out of the Garden of Eden. Cain was the eldest of the boys. And just like on the tablet, Cain became a farmer while Able became a shepherd. And yes, they did sacrifice part if what they worked with. But unlike on the tablet, God constantly favored Able's offerings, because Able always brought the best of his flock, while Cain never brought the best of his harvest. Eventually, Cain became super jealous of Able and murdered him. When God confronted him, Cain lied and even asked "who am I, my brother's keeper?" So God punishes Cain by sending him to wander the world for his crimes. When Cain expresses concern that someone might try to kill him because of what he did, God places a mark on Cain's forehead, basically as a warning that if anyone tries to kill Cain, they will be punished. Then he compels the animals to feed Cain as he wanders. Adam and Eve grieve the losses, but do go on to have many many other children
