I didn't know the egg was randomized. Luckily, mine hatched into Chimchar and it's the one I like most out of the three. Bonus points for nostalgia.

Keeping these old games come in handy. SWSH, BDSP and Legends Arkoos has helped me with my Kitakami Dex. Using my Alpha Infernape as my current ace lol. SWSH has helped me very specifically with Milotic.

I got a Piplup on my first try and my instant reaction was “I can name him King Dedede” 😂😂❤

Or you could just get the starters via transfer from Legends, BDSP, or even just trade for 'em. You might even get a starter that's BETTER than what comes from the egg!

I had been rebooting my Pokémon Violet game for a short while, and I have been getting Turtwig most of the time. This really aggravates me. I don't know if there is a secret to getting the Sinnoh starter you want or not.

Kinda didn't matter to me what starter I got from Jacq, transferred shinies from PLA of the 3 Sinnoh starters

I was sitting next to my wife playing the dlc i said hey watch it be Turtwig 😅 and bam a Lil tree turtle was hatched she screamed how adorable he was

I didn't think about saving before hand. I got Pipilup, which would be the one I would've tried to get if I was going to save scum this.

I had gotten the pengu as my starter for brilliant diamond so getting them in TM was really nice

I love this guy so much. He just helped me a lot. Chimchar is one of my top favorite Pokémon, and I finally got the chance to get it.

I wish it was smth depending on ur team so if u have a grass type first turtwig fire type first chimchar ect
