This talk was given at a local TEDxSnoIsleLibraries event and produced independently of the TED Conferences. Tammy Mach shares the realization of the American dream of her immigrant family.

Vietnamese refugees Binh and Kimberly Mach own R&B Enterprises, a Mukilteo machining company specializes in prototyping and manufactures parts for aerospace, medical, computer, marine, and electronic companies. It was named Boeing’s Supplier of the Year in 2012 and 2014. Tammy, oldest of the couple’s children, will speak on behalf of the family. She is a pre-med student at the University of Washington.
