this song has resurfaced and is really popular among spanish speakers because of a well liked book in spanish called 'boulevard'. it's one of the most popular books among teenagers and wattpad users from the past couple of years (the book was originally written in that platform but it was recently released as an actual book so it's getting even more popular). the thing is that one of the main characters in the book loves bands like the fray, green day, pink floyd and so on, so there'a many references to these types of songs throughout all of it. that character is also very loved by readers and this song reminds them of him. it's basically part of the soundtrack of that book alongside 'wonderwall' by oasis and 'boulevard of broken dreams' by green day (hence the name of the book being boulevard)
