When out of balance, you may feel tired, overly cautious, afraid of change and cold from weak circulation. Muladhara is symbolized by a lotus with four petals and the color red. It also affects sexuality, lust and obsession. Physically, Muladhara governs sexuality, mentally it governs stability, emotionally it governs sensuality, and spiritually it governs a sense of security, relates to the access of intuition.

Manipura is considered the center of dynamism, energy, will power and achievement (Itcha shakti), which radiates prana throughout the entire human body. It is associated with the power of fire and digestion, as well as with the sense of sight and the action of movement. Manipura is "the center of etheric-psychic intuition: a vague or non-specific, sensual sense of knowing; a vague sense of size, shape, and intent of being." As such, some psychics recommend "listening" to it since it may help in making better decisions in one's life on many different levels.

Key issues governed by Manipura are issues of personal power, fear, anxiety, opinion-formation, introversion, and transition from simple or base emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura governs digestion, mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness, and spiritually, all matters of growth.

432Hz Harmonics - Theoretically 432Hz vibrates more in tune with the natural energy of the universe, the universe in which we are a part of. Versus 440 which is slightly off, or out of tune with the natural world... us. Basically, the A above middle C, in this day and age is tuned to 440. The idea here is that A is more harmonic when tuned to 432. Harmonic with what? Us, the world, the universe; nature. 1st off I never comment on YouTube videos but I have to say this. The past couple of night’s has been hell. My sleep felt like I kept my eyes open all night. I was exhausted and slept through out the day but last night I thought I would give this a try.

So at 4am I went on YouTube I only did 20mins of the video and whew what a dramatic difference in my morning! I felt refreshed, calm, I woke up around 10am and I thought it was late in the day by how refreshed I felt I will definitely be coming back to this video for sure wow! Thank you!
