Pantry and Freezer Cleanout || What's For Dinner || No Spend Week

It's PANTRY FRIDGE FREEZER CLEAN OUT TIME! This week I am cleaning out my pantry, fridge, and freezer and making some delicious dinners! We will be making delicious, easy, and affordable meals for my family of 4! We've done it before but is it still possible? It's easy! It's affordable! It's delicious!

I watched Appalachian Homestead earlier and she reminded me of the soup our grandparents who had lived through the depression made. You save a spoonful here and there in a container in the freezer and you literally make a meal out of bits and pieces of leftovers. Through in a little rice and macaroni and it really stretches. Great job on your cleanout.

I've gone through my fridge/freezer and made 3 weeks of meals because I wanted to clean out the fridge and attached freezer. It's amazing what you can make and save yourself some money on top of it! I've started to go through our 2 big freezers to cook up the older food so nothing goes to waste. Can't afford to waste anything now a days.

I love these types of videos. I'm trying to go through my preps to see what I need to use 1st before a big restock.

I like using those preformed hamburger patties to make something similar to Salisbury steak. I brown them up in the pan and then make a brown gravy with the drippings and then let them simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve them with rice or mashed potatoes and veggies. Quick, easy and delicious

So I sauntered over here from Southern Frugal Momma. Cuz she said I had to. And you don’t say no to Momma. Lol! Anyhoodles…. I have been on an Arctic quest of finding what in the bajesus I have crammed in my freezers. Apparently, I have an obsession with buying cheap chicken and freezing it. How did my today me forget that my yesterday me bought all that? Well if I had a pressure canner I would be canning. Since I don’t I will be meal prepping lots of marinated chicken for the summer grill! Keep the vids and energy flowing our way!❤

For the past month (since the end of March) I've been doing a Freezer/Pantry clean out cos I'm moving. I want to take as little as I can to my new apt. I've come up with some very interesting meals doing this, but spent maybe $100 (its just me) getting fresh produce & dairy mainly. I'm also getting rid of (donating) alot of stuff too. That's 1 positive thing about moving I guess. LOL

I'm going this as well! Our main sewer pipe burst in our crawspace, and after it got fixed, the toilet was backing up still. Come to find out the pipe leading to our septic cracked as well and needed to be replaced. My freezer is so full thankfully ❤
