If any African holds the view that China is putting Africa in debt, that individual should be relocated to one of the European countries. China, in fact, is helping Africa to liberate itself from the mess we find ourselves in at the hands of the colonial masters. Personal debts must be handled too. For instance, you may want to change your visa credit card into visa debit card if you can. Credit card is borrowed money that needs to be repaid. Whereas debit card uses your own money in the bank if you have the money available. It gives you more control over your spending.
