Today I made a quick and easy Greek Dessert Bougatsa. Easy and delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
150 g of Butter ( 100g for filling and 50g for melting)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 cup of semolina
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 cup of sugar
zest and juice form 1 orange
10 sheets of phylo pastry
some icing sugar and cinnamon (optional)
