All McFly fans will agree that this album (Radio:ACTIVE) and the newest one (Power To Play) are their best work.
Their earlier stuff was more of a pop punk with a surfer dude edge to it (still so many great songs that you can't help singing along to) - very typical of early/mid 2000s and they released the RA album themselves as their label wanted them to keep making the same sounding stuff they had been, but they wanted to go a bit heavier. They should always be listened to/watched live as even the early stuff sounds heavier on stage than in the studio ❤

I'am so happy to see Mcfly getting so much love at the moment, long deserved in my humble opinion. There are literally dozens of songs you would probably like if you liked this one, so just keep an eye out for them, they've been dropping quality content since 2003 <3
