Europe don't have an assimilation problem. You had invented this.
We have very good assimilation programs and very succesfully and integrated communities.

What we have is an excess of inmigrants we can assimilate just like is happening in Canada.

When you try to attract too many inmigrants in a short amount of time, you exceed your capacity.

But even the US is putting limits to inmigration, it is not the land of inmigration it was in the XX century.

America is a melting pot, it's the land of immigrants.
Europe has a problem with assimilation, many populations stay poor after they immigrate to Europe, vs the USA where the 1st and 2nd generation are frequently some the best Entrepreneur groups in the country.

I think the difference is the saying "America is a melting pot", it has the double meaning of acceptance and a demand to integrate into the greater society.

Hey. No hate intended. I think you should work on pronounciating -sh sound. You say it like -s.
