DIY // Tiered Flowy Dress (with tie straps)

Welcome to the transeasonal dress of my dreams! This tutorial features tie strap details, gathered tiers and all the cute flowy vibes ready to add into any wardrobe. Such a simple essential to bring to life!
I created this with the intention to keep cool during this Aus summer weather, but it can easily be layered up with boots, a turtle neck and jacket to carry it through the cooler months too.
This sewing project is perfect for any skill level. Enjoy the crafty good times!

Suggested Fabric Amount Required (based off maxi length):
Size Extra Small = 1.5m (off the roll)
Size Small = 1.8m (off the roll)
Size Medium = 2.1m (off the roll)
Size Large = 2.4m (off the roll)
Size Extra Large = 2.7m (off the roll)
(add or take 0.3 metres for anything larger or smaller than these sizes)

I made this dress, love it! I have a small suggestion for those with a larger bust.. instead of using the half bust measurement for the front and back panel, measure the front bust and across the back separately, it will save you from having to make back darts or having excess fabric in the back! For example across the front of my bust is 29in but across my back is only 21in so my back panel needs to be a bit smaller than the front panel. Love essentials club tutorials!!!
