The presentation alone with this Classic Cobb Salad is something worth cheering about. But, then when your guests take that first bite, get ready for a celebration. The French vinaigrette brings it all together. Perfect for entertaining!

CLASSIC COBB SALAD INGREDIENTS:
For the French Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper
1 oz Roquefort cheese
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

For the Salad:
2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
6 slices bacon
3 whole eggs
4 cups Romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
2 cups Watercress, or Arugula
2 tbsp snipped chives
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 cups cherry (or grape) tomatoes, halved
2 medium avocados, peels and cut into bite-sized pieces
7 oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled

I 💓Wesley 💗...just saying. What I love about a Cobb Salad is that you can use left over chicken or store bought roasted chicken. Making bacon and eggs on the weekend - make some extra bacon that will be used during the week for this salad. And for those that don't like a strong cheese substitute for what you like, mild to very old cheddar etc. - trust me it will be enjoyable! This salad is so presentable - great to introduce to your kids to fancy but with ingredients they'll love. Nice video guys!

OMG!!!! Cobb salad is one of my FAVORITE salads!!!! Nicoise being a close 2nd!!! Also love a good Wedge Salad or Frisée with lardons… Definitely Team Blue Cheese (& Bacon) here!!!!
