Our daughter came over last night right after the FedEx dude. Something was up. I asked her yo open the box, half way thru she asked me to open the box because it was my Christmas present and there it was the ProMoto MX in Green! WOW!! Total surprise. Today I charged up a battery and took it outside. There is a learning curve but not bad. Set at 50% it does not like a thick yard, maybe at 100% it would do better but I think this is a dirt track, concrete, and ramp awesome piece of technology! I can keep it upright now, make turns, and keep it straight. I can't wait to het it on the dirt and get dome air so someone can get a flight meter on it!! HA HA!!!:) This is an awesome piece for sure!

That spinning flywheel is a true gyroscope. It's what's keeping the bike upright and what you feel counteracting the moves you make while holding it. Racing boats use big versions of these to smooth out the boats as they travel quickly over the waves.

Losi did a great job designing this RC bike, I like it a lot. I had 2 Thunder Tiger RC bikes 12 yrs ago. Those bikes were great for racing. There is no built-in gyro, so it takes time to be good at driving it. Nice video BTW.

That is probably the most interesting Ground Based RC I have seen in a while. My Daughter, Girlfriend and myself are into Crawlers/Trail Rigs and RC Airplanes. Used to be into the Racing Side with 1/10th 2 & 4 Wheel Drive Short Course Trucks and Buggies and I got burnt out BIG TIME! so I sold all of the Racing stuff and went RC Flying again, but

I can see Racing these, like a box stock class where the only thing you can add is Tires, that is it. That would make tuning the suspension and such and driving the difference between winning and loosing. I could definitely get into that. Naturally have a modified class for the folks that want to get crazy with it.

It will actually do 48 - 50 mph. You have to hold the throttle a lot longer than Abby did. Takes time to hit its actual top speed. We got to test it at Amain Hobbies. It's so much fun. LOSI just changed everything. You two are always all smiles!
