Molecular Glues​

Molecular glue exhibit a unique mode of action by altering the surface properties of their target, either that of E3 or the protein of interest, which results in the induction of novel protein-protein interaction and the formation of ternary complexes between the E3 ligase, the molecular glue and the protein (of interest).
