Alcaraz has great hands, great movement, drive, compact swings, no wasted motion. And he's so fun to watch. Hope he stays healthy and goes far!

This young man has the mental goods and obviously physical skillsets to win this whole thing. I've said this before weeks ago. Sinner and he are going to be very tough to beat on these fair courts. They are no where near US Open speed and as a matter of fact the eye test says slower than last year here. It's going to take a world class effort to stop this young man.

Alcaraz will go far in this edition of the AO. His physic reminds me of a young Nadal, very strong for his age and with the explosive power to hit hard and run for every ball. I won’t see him taking Medvedev or Sasha yet but he is improving tremendously fast.

It appears as though Alcaraz is emulating his Spanish boyhood hero, Nadal, with his developing big muscles and cut off shirts to show them off! He's a great talent. Definitely one of the best of the new generation. Soon he'll be challenging those of the new generation who've come just before him, like Zverev, Medvedev, Thiem, Kharatsev, Tsitispas, and a few others.

Go alcaraz!! I think he can make it to the semis against zverev or nadal. Don't think he'll beat either of them though. Needs to get some wins on the rest of the tour against them and Djokovic and Medvedev first.

Absent injury or burnout, I don't see how Alcaraz will retire without GS titles on multiple surfaces. He has a pure athletic brain, ie. he envisions and attempt athletic possibilities that others don't/can't.
