One thing I must comment on, Java is considered brutal in terms of resource consumption.
Especially when going to the cloud and to modern architectures like containers / orchestrators, not to mention serverless functions, Java slow startup times can become costly.
AWS have specific documentation dedicated to how to handle Java based functions and are both suggesting you avoid it, and provide dedicated bootstrapping tools around JVM.
So, while stable and ubiquitous, I think it's time to progress to the world of Go / Rust or even dynamic languages that don't come with this large overhead on dynamic systems.

I agree with ur choices! nowadays it seems ppl only talk about JavaScript & Python, but Java is still very powerful for the backend despite the JS alternatives.

Java has another advantage you didn't mention. It is stable, I have seen 20-year-old code that runs on new versions of Java with little to no modification. This philosophy has been adopted by third-party libraries. Hence, their APIs are stable. I contrast Python or JS change faster. A year-old Python code might not run on new versions of Python or libraries.
