Are you sending the TD-3 output to the External In of the TR-8S? Are you then able to throw some reverb/delay on the TD-3 from the internal fx of the TR-8S? That would be great!

That means I wouldn't have to buy a seperate mixer and effect unit.

2:50 there it is. you have first 90 seconds of a mega tune. take an element out, put an element in, play with hihats, you can open that ride and half of the song, minus break, is right there. not bad. a personal opinion: that acid line has to be tight all around, open it only at the middle section for the break.
