You clearly have your own artistic fingerprint on it but the energy and warmth of that production style is captured so perfectly. Wow, you really nailed it, and this is coming from a hardcore fan of The Strokes! From the overall vibe to the harmonic flavors and the instruments tones, you've truly captured the essence of The Strokes! I also like how it sonically reminds me of 'Room On Fire' but with some of the adventurous harmonic tensions of 'First Impressions Of Earth.' The only area I'd suggest improving, in my opinion, is the melodic catchiness.

Ok no but the way that as soon as this came up on my release radar, I was visualizing a movie intro... like Knives' story as she handles Scott's bullshit and watches him fall for someone else, goes through her own character ark, only to come out the other side with more self love.

I love this so much, and especially as someone who also takes a lot of inspiration from the Strokes, this is beautiful. I CANNOT wait till the lyrics are available so Spotify adds them (if you can, maybe A-Z lyrics or Genius, though I think Spotify usually goes of Genius.) ♥️✨
