Mountaineer Anurag Maloo, who went missing on April 17 after falling into a crevasse below Base Camp 3 while descending Mount Annapurna, has been found alive. However, his condition remains critical, and he is receiving treatment in Kathmandu. Maloo was located by a team of rescuers after days of intense search efforts. Polish mountaineer Adam Bielecki was one in a team of six sherpas and two foreigners who rescued Anurag with the help of Indian and Nepalese authorities.

Thank you Adam. Your help was nothing short of Godliness. Anyone in dire need of help knows. Wishing anurag maloo speedy recovery. Year back a famous women mountaineer died by falling in crevasse while skiing down makalu.

He was extremely lucky that he was found. Annapurna usually kills 33% of the climbers that go on that mountain and is the deadliest mountain in the world. I hope he will be alright. And bless that Polish climber for helping out! 👏👍❤️

Adam saw signs of life, he cleaned of his face from snow, saw him move slightly. Cleaned more snow and saw he was breathing.
