In this video Dr. Shrikant explains the next rubric in the letter B series from Kent’s Repertory which is Benevolence. It means a desire to do good for others without any selfish motive. There is love for humanity without expecting anything in return. This is a single remedy rubric having the remedy- Coffea. In coffea there are excessive creative thoughts which are targeted for the betterment of others. Dr. Shrikant explains the rubric with a case example. The cross references of Benevolence are affectionate, sympathy and anxiety. Affectionate is more towards friends, family and close people. There is not so much pain seen for others but wanting to do something for your near and dear ones. Sympathy is seen in small acts by which the person will feel better today. Helping someone in a small way. Whereas Benevolence is seen for big acts. In Anxiety the problem is not there. Maybe something is wrong and maybe it may happen.
