My productive morning routine! Breakfast, work, and productivity tips.

Hope you guys love seeing my morning routine! Remember, not all mornings look exactly like this. But for the most part, I hit most of these steps, in this order, most days.

I love routine and find morning time especially important. Wether this "routine" takes 15 minutes or more than an hour, it feels good to have a routine. It makes me feel like I can start my day with peace of mind, and prevents me from feeling scattered.

Thanks Nicole! My breakfast were the vegan buckwheat crepes from Minimalist Baker. I make a chia jam to put on them and if I’m feeling fancy coconut cream.

Favorite part of my morning routine is drinking my coffee while I journal and plan my day - it's so peaceful! And this morning I had Vivo vegan protein powder mixed with oat milk and almond butter and lots of cinnamon - a super easy and yummy pudding!

Hi Nikki: Been Vegan approx. 3.5 months now. I find a lot of value and delicious ideas in your videos. They are always informative, well-constructed without any superfluous content. You are sweet and charming and obviously dedicated to this lifestyle. Yours are my most-watched vegan you tubes. For breakfast (lunch) I'm having cabbage, portobello mushrooms, green onion, chunked up bean burger sauteed with a bit of cooking sherry on a bun with clover sprouts and roasted red pepper. Yumm!! Thanks for all the quality videos and great recipes, meal prep and daily routines and products. Keep it up!

Please do more videos on plant based nutrition and/or perhaps a video on how to put a plate together for breakfast, lunch and dinner (taking into account the nutritional value of each component of food). I love watching routine videos! They're great to pick up little tips or find new products - I definitely want to try that styling oil! For breakfast, I had peanut butter toast topped with banana and cinnamon and it was delicious :)

Watched this while I ate breakfast! Peanut butter overnight oats (I'm SUCH a fan of oats) with strawberries, almonds, and hemp hearts on top. Chai tea with a bit of vanilla oat milk splashed in. YUM!

Definitely know the Topanga moment! And I agree with the foundation idea... I use a powder “foundation” which sets the concealer and adds a tiny bit more coverage if needed.

For the breakfast, I had a large bowl of oats topped with hemp, flax and chia seeds, frozen berries, an apple, vanilla extract, cinnamon and coconut yogurt .

It’s so interesting to see other people’s routine. I am a get ready first and do coffee and breakfast after ( super early morning up at 330 am ish to workout and then get ready and then breakfast super quick at 5 am cause I leave for work at 5:30 am) xo davita

I attempted oatmeal. Pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, a few pecans a few vegan chocolate chips and some cashew butter. It was good but my stomach didn’t want food that early so I ate about half ( I get up super early to workout before I go to work 3 or 4 am depending on if I go to work at 6 or 7am) it’s the only time I get to eat before lunch (1130 am ish) so I try hard to eat. Doesn’t always work. Xo Davita

My favorite part of my morning routine is my meditation/stretching and this morning I had a bagel with kite hill cream cheese and trader joe's everything seasoning. Then I was still hungry so I also had a mango and topped it all off with some dandelion root tea! :) Love the video!! As always. <3

Loved this video—you are such a gem and a natural beauty!! My favorite part of my mornings are my daily workouts—it is my “me” before I have to tend to everyone else in my house and before I go to work. And of course—my AM coffee☺️! Breakfast varies but I love a good oatmeal or pancakes (they are my true love). Have a wonderful week!!
