It certainly looks nice. I work at RedRock Casino and wanted to be as close to that as possible so I found a place not far from Charleston Blvd. My mortgage for a 2 bed, 2 bath townhome is $1, 850 which is still competitive when compared to renting.

these look nice but really the only awesome thing is the pool. Pet rent $50 is just crazy. I think all pet rent is stupid but I usually see $25-30. And I only have one pet, ;). Question to the fellow apartment people. How much of the amenities do you actually use? I usually just use the pool and gym. But do people really use the common areas where there is a pool table and other stuff? Just curious if others are like me or if I am just lame lol.

Also valet trash is disgusting. Why would I want trash left at my door? It promotes roaches and rats. I’d rather take my trash directly to the bin
