Rejuvenate a potted arborvitae - 30 second video tutorial

I've been whining for months in my head about my 4-5 year old arborvitae in pots that looked so broke down and janky. I didn't want to spend the money or the time or the energy replacing all six of them. This idea popped into my head to cinch them tighter than I ever have and see if it made a difference - to turn them ore into a fuller tree shape - and it worked! I just cinched the top section together, then the bottom them tucked branches back into the tree and secured everything with zip ties. I was able to use my houseplants that were excited to move outside for the season to fill the base. The best part is, I left all the houseplants in their terra-cotta pots and buried them in the dirt so in October I can pick them right up and move them indoors - bigger and better than ever! I spent $0 on this transformation.
