Firestore in 2023 will dominate the market. Thank you for the evolutions of 2022.

Now the target is a native ilike string query.

Firestore lacks a crucial feature that would enable the update of multiple documents based on queries. This is a significant limitation, particularly in scenarios where there is a need to update large numbers of documents without the requirement to download them first.

Additionally, the ability to query a collection and update another collection's documents using respective document IDs would provide greater flexibility and establish relationships between collections. For example, it would be useful to create a request on the FollowedCollection (where each user defines the user IDs he follows) and update the corresponding documents in the NewsfeedCollection. However, this is currently not possible with Firestore."

Great additions 😊 What about increasing the 1000 expression limits for security rules?
When using a slightly more sophisticated data structure, the limit is easily reached when validating "schema"😢

it would be nice if you could also team up with the angular core team and create a first class angular and firebase experience though
