Good Morning, Reptilians! This week, Dexter (the crested gecko) is getting a tank upgrade! The new minimum requirements for cresties inspired me to try out converting this enclosure into a suitable enclosure for her. So far, so good.

I didn't know they updated the minimums to 18*18*36! Thanks for sharing. Guess I'll be going shopping. Also here to just add the clear globe with moss has a hole in the top and the cresties can get stuck in there and injured! Never happened to me but thought you might want to fill in that hole just to be safe. Thanks so much for your content Elle!

FBH says a 4x4x5 SVL for Created geckos, with the average SVL on a crested gecko being 4.5 inches, the minimum enclosure size is 18x18x22.5 making an 18x18x24 an acceptable size!
