At 4:40, I think the questioner may be concerned that network access users can connect to each other, via the F5. If so, then answer is, it depends. It is possible to configure it that way, i.e. if you configure Network Settings for the Network Access List (tunnel) such that the entire pool is part of the "IPV4 LAN Address Space". Whether other F5 clients devices can be contacted will then depend on their host firewall settings, or what ACL's you might create on the BIG-IP.
