Can you guys start to compete with Roborock? Maybe get a spinning, rolling, or vibrating mop pad, have the sweeper extend out like Roborock does on there vacuums, and sense you guys lost the patent dual roller design other companies have just as good of debris pickup as you guys used to compared to other companies, also you need to get LiDAR!!! You guys are like the only company to not have LiDAR and it really shows! Please take these into consideration and I still like iRobot but you guys just need get on the level of other companies, and make new features that other company’s have not had for years before. I think you guys also need to work on your software as well because a lot of your newer vacuums always get errors and it’s unacceptable in 2024.

You were once the best robovac company in the market and I loved your products. I have 4 irobots. Now a dozen Chinese companies are ahead of you because you stopped innovating. You even refuse putting LiDAR in your robots. Start innovating so I can start buying irobots again.

besides, who has $1, 400 to spend on a vacuum. im a big vacuum fan but thats way too much! thats highway robbery. also, not everyone needs all of these fancy features. you discontinued the basic ones, and now barely any of your "budget models are even affordable. the cheapest one i could find is $300, and that includes the self empty base. I DONT WANT THE SELF EMPTY BASE! i just want a normal i3 without the self empty base. every single robot on the website has a self empty base of some sort. its too loud! i got a roomba i1+ and i sent it back just because the self empty bin was too loud! so unless you can find a way to make them quieter, ill be sticking with my 2 Neatos, thanks.
