MA hovers tail in, upright and below top of a 60° window. MA then performs a quarter flip and starts falling down backwards vertically. During descending MA performs a ½ roll with at least 2 integrated pirouettes followed by another ½ roll in opposite direction with again at least 2 integrated pirouettes also in opposite direction. After finishing the rolls and pirouettes MA performs a quarter flip and hovers for at least one second inverted. The start position has to be exactly above the end position, and the manoeuvre should utilize a significant fraction of the start height.
