Why slit a piece of concrete plate ?
Do a 1 inch.
Then do a 1 1/2 inch.
Then do a 2 inch.
Then do a 2 1-2 inch.
Then do a 3 inch.
Etc.

But when you hit a 1 inch + slit + 1 inch.
The first 1 inch impact the second which help breaking the second one.

So why do it ?
All people are lot impressed when we see a demonstration of 10 x 1 inch hit down with one blow.

It is still better than anybody but it is still not the same as full thickness.

Imo the difference was belief.... that last second shit the guy down below pull back is why it didn't break. I think if we believe alot more is achievable, Excuse my ignorance but perseverance and belief can do alot. People forgot the training coz it's too long 😢
