Hindenburg doing character assassination in response to Sebi notice, Madhabi Buch denies allegations

Sebi chief Madhabi Puri Buch and her husband Dhaval Buch have dismissed allegations from Hindenburg Research as baseless. They accuse the US-based short-seller of attempting character assassination in response to a show-cause notice issued by Sebi concerning the Adani issue. The Buchs criticize Hindenburg's actions as a retaliatory attempt against the enforcement action taken by the regulator.

Just a fake report. I am not understanding one company is making a report why should we admit it? Who is hindenburg? Is he court of India? Is he USA court? Then? We should only look into the decission of honiurable court. When supreme court of India has given a clean cheet to adani then what is that company's report.
