When will people learn that big numbers DO NOT translate to better performance? CAS is just as important as MHz

DAMN! Those SSDs are as fast as DDR-333 ram from the early 2000's!

Who was the host, writer, or editor of this episode? Surely not Riley.

What I want to see is relatively high-capacity SSDs (TLC, to be on the realistic side) get significantly more affordable, and if that's going to happen I think it's safe to say that Adata is one of the first brands to do it.

I haven't used anything from ADATA in years but will if they can be the best performance per dollar.

why haven't we started using Ghz for ram yet?

Strange that the heatsink on the M.2 looks to be upside down when used on most motherboards...

and I just ordered ADATA XPG SX8000 512GB SSD (no heatsink on it), oh well I just need speeds, and hopefully my case have good airflow to cool it anyway ...

or I will stick other aluminium heatsink on it ;) like ones made for raspberry pi xD will look getto but should work even better

Every M.2 drive should include a heatsink

seriously, what is with manufacturers insisting on sticking their labels upside down on m.2 ssds? they KNOW most mobos have the slot on the right, and they KNOW if we stick the m.2 ssd into the slot the label will appear upside down.

If the CPU says it only supports 2133/2400 MHz and the mobo says up to 4133 MHz, how do you get 4133 MHz memory to run at that speed? Will you be able to take advantage of that speed even though the CPU says it only supports 2133/2400?

So it's rolling around at the speed of sound? Hehehh sorry...
Anyways, would that speed help make elderscrolls and fallout 4 feel smoother?
Some people say ram speed can help with some performance (mostly for loading in things)
SSD helps too.

doesn't fast ram not really help with performance? whats the point of spending money on this? (real question)

i just realized why does ncix need sponsors bringing them to ces if ncix is sponsoring other people to ces

I suspect Jack made the title to the video. Anyone else notice a reference?
