In this video one of my regular students Mike demonstrates the transition between two fun arm balances. Ashtavakrasana to eka pada koundinyasana. Over the years Mike has developed this. It took him a while to get the arm balances. While his backbends are amazing his hips have been a challenge. Watching Mike work toward this inspiring transition over the years has been a joy.
