Corvette Stingray C7 - 3D Blender Animation

Another blender project... Rendered with Cycles.
Sorry about the noise. As always...

I used the new micropolygon displacement feature for the ground. It worked quite well, but ate 10+ GB of ram... Soee.. I did not have enough memory for additional geometry like buildings, nature or other environmental elements. - Or at least that is my excuse ...

Such a cool animation, Dan! The exhaust coming out of the pipe and affecting the leaves, the water droplets on the windscreen, the suspension movement as the car begins rolling; all turned out wonderfully. So much attention paid to the details. Not to mention, the car looks great! I hope I can learn how to create such a cool suspension for my own videos! Well done.

really good apart from the front of the corvette, the headlights are at a steeper angle then they are on a real corvette. Overall great video and I loved it

Nice! I've had a C7 Z51 and a C7 Z06 both 7-Speed manual, amazing machines. Super sad the C8's are only automatic. I love the animation, and I've messed around for a very short time in blender, I think my machine would catch fire just from this short animation lol.

If it wasn't for te Title i would only have passive feeling that this was CGI, and that's only because it was so close up.
If this was in a background instead, i would have never guessed it was CGI.

This is so amazing that degree of photoreliasim is great, I've tried to make car animation for my Youtube channel and luckily i created and uploaded some but what i can say is that my skills are nowhere near as yours, great work man. I hope one day i will create cool stuff like this.
